Text Messaging (SMS) Privacy

Roadrunner Tire Distributor LLC sends text messages to customers about balance to be paid. You receive texts only if you agreed to them. When you give us your mobile number at the shop, a service advisor asks for your permission to text you and records your consent, with the date, in our shop management system.

What we collect: your mobile number, your name, and the date and method of your consent.

How we use it: to send the messages you agreed to receive, and to respond to your replies.

Sharing: We do not share, sell, or rent mobile phone numbers or text messaging opt-in data and consent to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from any other sharing described in this policy, except with the service providers that deliver our text messages.

Opt out or get help: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at 505-880-8156 or amy@rtdtires.com. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers that help us run our business, such as payment processors, software providers, and messaging providers, and only as needed for those services
